Things to consider when you feel stuck:
- Where are you feeling stuck?
- Ask the stuckness, why is it here?
- Do you need to clear, heal, release or move onto something new?
General reasons why we might feel stuck:
- Our spirit has outgrown a situation and life wants us to learn a lesson.
- We are resisting the lesson of a new and more exciting adventure.
- We have conflicting beliefs.
- We are on the “wrong path”.
Things that we can do when we feel stuck:
- Do the inner work and transformation to dislodge and re-wire what causes the stuckness within.
- Clear, heal and restore — physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
- Seek additional help.
