All of us have dreams. A goal that we can look forward to. Something that we want to attain in the future—near or far. In this episode, I share the first step to achieving your dreams: feeling. Perhaps you notice your own dream or vision might differ from what your body is feeling, or highlighting to you as the next best step towards the dream. When our heads get a hold of a vision, it jumps into action wanting to make it happen. It thinks logically, plans, plots, and begins actioning.
